1. User Responsibilities
a) Users must not misuse the AXON DIGITAL platform in any way that violates laws or exposes the company to legal action.
b) Bank/Card data accessed via merchant tools must only be used for authorized transactions—not sold or shared otherwise.
c) Users may not reverse-engineer, copy, or alter the platform without prior written consent.
d) Users must comply with AXON DIGITAL\KYC requirements and submit accurate details.
2. Merchant Responsibilities
a) Merchants must abide by all relevant laws and regulations while using the platform.
b) Merchants cannot process transactions for other businesses or receive payments to refinance debts.
c) Payment data must be collected and handled per AXON DIGITAL instructions.
d) A proper receipt must be issued for each transaction.
e) Surcharges or additional fees related to digital payments are prohibited.
f) Merchants authorize AXON DIGITAL to use their logo/trademark for promotional purposes.
g) Merchants must follow all platform security instructions and submit required information during onboarding and business changes.
h) In cases of chargebacks, disputes, or fraud, AXON DIGITAL (or acquiring banks) may recover funds from the merchant if necessary.
i) Submitting false information during account verification can lead to suspension and penalties.
3. Transactions & Settlements
a) AXON DIGITAL will settle transactions on schedule and notify merchants of delays when needed.
b) All transactions must be authentic and agreement-compliant.
c) Merchants are required to retain transaction records for five (5) years.
4. General Obligations
a) Merchants must comply with general platform rules and service provider policies.
b) They must also follow relevant laws governing e-commerce, product sales, and consumer protection.
c) Merchants are fully responsible for fulfilling customer service and product delivery.
5. Accepting Payments
a) Merchants must only accept payments for services/products they directly provide.
b) Transaction scope must match what was declared during registration.
c) Changes to product/service offerings must be communicated to AXON DIGITAL in writing.
d) URLs for websites accepting payments via AXON DIGITAL must be provided beforehand.
e) Only customer-authorized transactions should be submitted.
f) Merchants must avoid any actions that could damage AXON DIGITAL’s reputation.
g) Merchants indemnify AXON DIGITAL from customer-related liabilities or claims.
6. Disputes
a) AXON DIGITAL is not involved in merchant-customer legal disputes and will not bear responsibility.
b) Merchants must allow cancellations or returns regardless of payment method.
7. Refunds & Chargebacks
a) Merchants must electronically refund customers after cancellations or returns.
b) Related records must be kept for at least five (5) years.
c) AXON DIGITAL may withhold funds if policies are violated or documentation is not provided.
d) Refunds due to disputes or fraud can be issued from merchant balances.
e) Each chargeback may incur a fee deducted from merchant settlements.
f) AXON DIGITAL is not liable for refunding subscription, setup, or deposit amounts.
8. Indemnity
a) Merchants agree to protect AXON DIGITAL and its representatives against any legal or financial claims arising from their business activities.
b) Merchants acknowledge AXON DIGITAL is a payment gateway provider—not a party to their business transactions.
9. Banned Products & Services
The following are prohibited from sale or promotion:
Firearms, alcohol, explosives
Pornographic content
Live animals
Illegal drugs or substances
Fireworks, hazardous goods
Spam software, gambling, MLM schemes
Work-from-home scams
Wire transfer services
Any illegal goods/services under Pakistani law
10. Security & Confidentiality
a) Merchants must protect all customer data using encryption and standard security practices. Data loss due to breaches is the merchant’s responsibility.
b) Any weaknesses in the connection between merchant systems and the payment gateway are also the merchant’s liability.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology on the AXON DIGITAL platform are the sole property of the company or its licensors. Use without written permission is prohibited.
12. Third-Party Offerings
AXON DIGITAL may host third-party services or products. Purchasing from these parties is solely between the user and the vendor; Billion Digit holds no liability.
13. Disclaimer
AXON DIGITAL functions as a facilitator between financial institutions and merchants. Services are provided “as is,” and the company disclaims all liability for any loss or issues resulting from platform usage.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Pakistan, and their decisions will be binding.
